No-Roll Pie Crust

No-fuss crust - simply mix in pan and press.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.5 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • In the middle of a pie plate, sift together flour, sugar, and salt. Create a well and add oil and milk. Stir with a fork, then press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the pie plate.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
