Noodle, ham and veggie bake

Involve your kids in the kitchen by having them whisk the cream and assemble toppings for a fun family activity!
Ingredients:
  • 200g spring onion and chive cream cheese
  • 684.95 gm milk
  • 4 x 72g pkts 2 Minute Noodles Chicken
  • 3/4 cup frozen pea and corn mixture
  • 100g shaved ham, torn
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 125.00 ml coarsely grated cheddar cheese
  • Mixed salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan-forced and lightly grease a 5cm-deep, 20cm square baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup of milk, and 2 sachets of seasoning, whisking until smooth. Stir in the rest of the milk and whisk until well combined.
  • Spread the uncooked noodles evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the frozen vegetable mix over the noodles. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top. Layer with ham, the rest of the vegetable mix, half of the chopped onion, and finish by sprinkling cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until crisp and bubbly. Sprinkle with the rest of the onion before serving.
