Creamy noodle casserole with tangy flare from onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 0.25 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 0.25 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water until they are al dente, then drain them.
  • Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, minced onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in cooked egg noodles and transfer to a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve warm.
