Creamy egg noodles tossed in a rich blend of butter, sour cream, Parmesan, chives, and seasoning. Classic comfort food at its best.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Cook noodles for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain well.
  • Mix 1/4 cup cheese, sour cream, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl while noodles cook.
  • Combine the melted butter with the drained noodles, followed by the sour cream mixture. Transfer to a warm platter and generously sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.
