Vietnamese dipping sauce with lime juice, lemongrass, and chili, perfect for rice-paper rolls.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) water
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) fish sauce
  • 42.00 gm fresh lime juice
  • 40.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped palm sugar
  • 1/2 stem lemon grass, pale section only, finely chopped
  • 2 long fresh red chillies, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions:
  • In a jug, mix water, fish sauce, lime juice, vinegar, palm sugar, lemon grass, chili, and garlic until the sugar dissolves. Serve.
