Ingredients:
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) boiling water
  • 100.00 ml Vietnamese coconut vinegar
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) fish sauce
  • 60g (1/4 cup) sugar
  • 1/2 small carrot, thinly sliced crossways
  • 1/2 turnip, peeled, thinly sliced crossways
  • 1 fresh red birdseye chilli, halved, deseeded, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Mix together the boiling water, vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, carrot, turnip, garlic, and chili in a medium-sized serving bowl.
