Deliciously balanced Vietnamese dipping sauce with sweet, salty, spicy, and sour flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
  • 141.90 gm caster sugar
  • 152.50 gm fish sauce
  • 86.63 gm lime juice
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a small glass or ceramic bowl and pour in 1 cup of cold water. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
