Master the art of crafting a delicious and versatile Vietnamese dipping sauce with this simple recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml water
  • 45g palm sugar
  • 60ml fish sauce
  • 40.00 ml coconut vinegar (see note)
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 red birdseye chilli, seeded (optional), finely chopped
  • 1/2 stalk lemongrass, white part only, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Mix water and sugar in a small heatproof bowl until sugar dissolves. Stir in fish sauce, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, chilli, and lemongrass. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge.
