Delicious Asian dipping sauce for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 2 long red chillies
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 20.00 ml grated palm sugar
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 48.80 gm fish sauce
  • 40.00 ml rice wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • Remove the seeds from 1 chili, then roughly chop both of them. Transfer the chili and garlic to a small food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  • Combine the chili mixture, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl. Mix until the sugar is fully dissolved. Enjoy!
