Indulgent Nutella-stuffed cinnamon bread French toast cooked to perfection for a delicious breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®), or more to taste
  • 4 slices cinnamon bread (such as Pepperidge Farm®)
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of luscious chocolate-hazelnut spread on 1 side of each of 2 slices of scrumptious cinnamon bread. Sandwich them together to create 2 delicious treats.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine milk, beaten egg, and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Dip each sandwich into the milk mixture, letting the bread soak for about 15 seconds on each side.
  • Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  • Sear sandwiches in the hot pan until golden brown on one side, approximately 2 minutes. Then, flip and cook until the other side is also golden brown, about 1 minute.
