Oat, pear & cardamom smoothie

I enjoy a refreshing morning fruit smoothie made with frozen fruit for a cool and sweet kick. It's a great way to use up ripe fruit and easily incorporate nutrient powders for added benefits.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pears
  • 6 cardamom pods
  • 500 ml oat milk
  • 100 g natural yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons runny honey
  • 2 teaspoons bee pollen
Instructions:
  • The night before making the smoothie, peel and core the pears, then freeze them. Crack open and crush the cardamom pods. Transfer the crushed seeds to a blender with the frozen pears, oat milk, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and garnish with bee pollen.
