Ingredients:
  • 150g softened butter
  • 180.00 gm soft brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 8.80 gm vanilla extract
  • 250.00 ml plain flour
  • 4.00 gm baking powder
  • 233.00 gm oats
  • 250.00 ml milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 180C.
  • Use an electric mixer to blend the butter and sugar until fluffy. Incorporate the egg and vanilla. Add the flour and baking powder; the mixture will be dry. Fold in the oats and chocolate.
  • Shape a tablespoon of mixture into a compact ball and place it on the baking tray, ensuring some space around each ball.
  • Bake until golden for 15-20 minutes, then carefully transfer from the baking tray to a wire rack to cool.
