Homemade oat and whole wheat crackers, versatile for both kids and adults. Sweet or savory options with simple ingredients. Great for snacking!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a baking sheet.
  • Add rolled oats to a blender or food processor and pulse to create coarse flour. Combine oat flour with whole wheat flour, salt, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour in water and olive oil, mix into a soft dough, roll out on a baking sheet, and cut into desired shapes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned. Keep a close eye to prevent burning. Let cool fully on the baking sheet, then break into crackers along the scored lines.
