Indulge in our delicious Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Cookie Bars made with oatmeal cookie mix, drizzled with creamy white chocolate, and filled with sweet cranberries. A delightful addition to your cookie tray!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • Butter, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 bar (4.4 oz) white chocolate, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously spray a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, softened butter, water, egg, and cinnamon in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Set aside 1/4 cup of chopped white chocolate for topping, then mix in the rest of the white chocolate and cranberries. Press the dough into the bottom of the pan.
  • Bake for 25-29 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the edges are golden brown. Cool on a rack for about 1 hour and 30 minutes until completely cool.
  • Microwave 1/4 cup chopped white chocolate in a small microwavable bowl on Medium (50%) for 30 seconds. Stir well and continue microwaving in 15-second intervals until smooth. Transfer to a small resealable plastic bag, snip a tiny corner, and pipe over the top of the bar.
  • Chill for approximately 30 minutes until the white chocolate hardens. Cut into 16 bars and store in an airtight container.
