Whip up quick oatmeal pancakes with buttermilk and oats in a food processor. Serve with your favorite toppings like fruit, yogurt, or maple syrup.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup buttermilk
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • In a blender, blend together buttermilk, flour, oats, egg, oil, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  • Preheat a greased griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface. Cook until bubbles appear on top, about 1 to 2 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown, another 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Enjoy while hot and fresh.
