Fluffy oatmeal pancakes with rolled oats and tangy buttermilk - a hearty and delicious breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine oats and buttermilk, then allow to rest for 15 minutes. Next, add eggs, butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda; mix until well combined.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately.
