Create a festive gift by layering dry ingredients for cranberry oatmeal pancakes in a jar with baking instructions. Ideal for pancake enthusiasts!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick mix, baking powder, cinnamon, and brown sugar to create the Cookie Pancake Mix.
  • In a quart jar, layer oats, Bisquick mixture, and fresh cranberries, pressing each layer gently with a spoon to pack it down. Seal the jar with a lid and ring.
  • Combine the contents of the jar in a large bowl with milk, egg, vanilla, and butter. Stir until just combined, leaving the batter slightly lumpy.
  • Ladle 1/3 cup of batter onto a greased hot skillet. Cook until edges are dry and bubbles form on the surface, approximately 3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Drizzle pancakes with maple syrup for a delightful touch.
