Upgrade your pancakes with wholesome ingredients like soymilk, oats, and whole wheat flour for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup Gold Medal™ whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fat-free egg product
  • Syrup or fresh fruit, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except syrup or fruit until well combined.
  • Prepare your griddle or 10-inch skillet with a light coating of cooking spray. Heat the griddle to 375°F or warm the skillet over medium heat. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake.
  • Cook pancakes until they are beautifully puffed and dry around the edges. Flip them over and continue cooking until they turn a delicious golden brown. Serve with your choice of syrup or fresh fruit for a delightful breakfast treat.
