Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice concentrate
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cup chopped onion
- 0.5 cup chopped green olives
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice concentrate. Fold in Cheddar cheese, onion, and green olives. Shape the mixture into a ball, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours until firm. Serve chilled.
