Total Time:
Effortless one-bowl chocolate cake for a stress-free baking experience!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
  • First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) to create the perfect baking environment. Next, generously grease and flour two 9-inch round pans to ensure your cakes release effortlessly after baking.
  • Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Create a well in the center and add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Finally, stir in boiling water.
  • Divide the batter evenly between two 9-inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
