Create a delicious and simple skillet bake with classic flavors that the whole family will love.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, if desired
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup uncooked small elbow macaroni
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine Bisquick® mix, cheese, garlic powder, 1/4 cup water, and egg in a small bowl; set aside.
  • Cook the beef in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat for about 8 minutes until browned; remember to stir occasionally and drain any excess fat. Mix in spaghetti sauce, 3/4 cup water, and macaroni. Bring to a boil by cooking for approximately 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Spoon the Bisquick® mixture around the edge of the skillet, leaving the center open.
  • Bake until the top turns a beautiful golden brown. Add more Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
