Try this quick and flavorful one-pan prawn and rice meal with a buttery VEGEMITE and sriracha sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 450g pkt microwave long grain rice
  • 120g baby spinach
  • 500g green prawns, cleaned, deveined
  • 100g salted butter, melted
  • 20g (1 tbsp) VEGEMITE Squeezy
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha chilli sauce, optional
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan.
  • Toss together rice, spinach, and prawns in a generous roasting pan.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter on High for 30-60 seconds. Add VEGEMITE Squeezy and sriracha, then stir to combine. Pour the mixture over rice and toss to coat evenly.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, then season to taste.
