Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 pork chops
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup olive oil for frying
Instructions:
  • Crush the larger bits of onion in the onion soup mix packet using your hands. Then, pour the contents of the packet into a shallow bowl and mix in the flour.
  • Preheat oil in a skillet until it sizzles with a pinch of the flour mixture. Coat pork chops in onion soup mixture, shaking off excess, and carefully place in the hot oil. Flip chops after 30 seconds for a quick sear on both sides. Cook each side for 4 minutes until cooked to your liking.
