Ingredients:
  • 4 thick slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 100.00 ml Obela Sweet Beetroot Spread 375g
  • 250g shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 baby cucumbers (qukes)
  • 40.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 5.00 gm caster sugar
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes
Instructions:
  • Create cucumber ribbons using a vegetable peeler. Combine the ribbons in a bowl with vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes to pickle.
  • Spread the sourdough slices generously with Obela Sweet Beetroot Hummus, layer on the savory chicken and tangy cucumber pickle, finish with a sprinkle of fresh pepper, and serve.
