Deliciously spiced Bundt cake with a hint of orange, perfect with a steaming cup of tea. Transform into a jam cake with different jams for variety.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.66 cup butter, melted
  • 0.66 cup white sugar
  • 0.33 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup orange marmalade
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 10-inch Bundt pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, cloves, and nutmeg in a bowl, then set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, melted butter, sugar, milk, and lemon juice. Mix in the flour mixture until well blended. Fold in the walnuts and marmalade until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes until the cake springs back when lightly touched. Let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
