Whip up a delightful apricot jam with a zesty orange twist in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds fresh apricots, pitted and quartered
  • 6 cups white sugar
  • 3 oranges, zested
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Combine apricots, sugar, orange zest, and lemon juice in a large pot. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and removing any foam that forms on the surface, until apricots become translucent and the liquid thickens, about 20-25 minutes.
  • Fill 3 pint jars with the jam, ensuring there's a 1/4 inch space at the top. Seal the jars and allow the jam to cool at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours before refrigerating.
