Tangy navel orange and sweet cranberry marmalade perfect for toast or cheese platters.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium navel orange, zested
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries, or more to taste
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
  • Trim the ends of the zested orange, then halve it. Peel the halves and remove the white core.
  • Combine the fresh orange sections and cranberries in a food processor. Pulse the mixture until the orange is mostly pulp with approximately five quick three-second pulses.
  • In a medium saucepan, bring the orange-cranberry mixture, zest, sugar, and water to a gentle boil. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Allow the marmalade to cool.
  • Transfer the marmalade into a glass jar with a snug lid, then refrigerate until completely chilled before serving.
