Elevate cranberry sauce with zesty citrus in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
Instructions:
  • Rinse cranberries and discard any damaged ones.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch, then add water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in cranberries and simmer uncovered for 5 to 8 minutes until they pop, stirring occasionally.
  • Gently incorporate the marmalade into the sauce. Serve the sauce either warm or chilled.
