Brined pork tenderloin grilled with orange glaze for juicy, flavorful perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup kosher salt
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 quart water
  • 2 (1 pound) pork tenderloins
  • 0.5 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Instructions:
  • Combine salt and sugar in 1 quart of water in a bowl until fully dissolved. Add meat, marinate for 45 minutes, then rinse and pat dry.
  • In a small pan, simmer orange concentrate until reduced by half over low heat. Mix in garlic and Italian seasoning. Brush the pork with the flavorful glaze and set it aside.
  • Prepare a charcoal fire in half the grill or preheat gas grill burners on high for 10 minutes. Use tongs to grease the hot grill rack with an oil-soaked rag.
  • Grill tenderloins on high heat with the lid closed until well-seared, around 7 minutes. Flip and grill the other side until well-seared, about 6 minutes. Turn off the grill and let the tenderloins rest with the lid on until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) on a meat thermometer, for about 5 minutes.
