Oranges in vanilla vodka

Ingredients:
  • 4 navel oranges, peeled
  • 200ml Dairy creme fraiche
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 2-60.00 ml Vanilla vodka
Instructions:
  • With a small sharp knife, carefully cut alongside the white membranes to release the orange segments into a bowl.
  • Spoon the creme fraiche into a small bowl. Sprinkle in the brown sugar and gently swirl it through for a marbled effect.
  • Pour the vodka over the oranges and gently mix. Distribute the orange mixture into serving dishes and top each with a dollop of creme fraiche before serving.
