Decadent Oreo cheesecake with creamy filling on a chocolate cookie crust - rich, indulgent, and simple to make.
Ingredients:
  • 24 OREO Cookies, divided
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 (250 g) packages PHILADELPHIA Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients needed and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Add 16 cookies to a resealable plastic bag, seal it, remove excess air, and crush cookies finely by rolling a rolling pin over the bag.
  • Combine crushed cookies with rich, melted butter until fully incorporated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Using an electric mixer, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until they are perfectly combined in a large bowl.
  • Incorporate eggs one by one until fully mixed.
  • Finely chop the remaining 8 cookies and delicately fold half of the chopped cookies into the creamy cheesecake batter.
  • Pour the mixture over the crust and sprinkle the rest of the chopped cookies on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Cut the cheesecake into 12 even slices and keep any leftovers refrigerated.
