Oreo Cookie Cake

Indulgent Oreo-inspired creamy dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (20 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions:
  • Crush the cookies into bite-sized pieces, setting aside 1 cup for later. Melt the butter and combine it with the remaining crushed cookies. Press the mixture into a 9x13 pan and chill in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Combine half of the whipped topping with the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread the mixture over the crust and return the cake to the freezer.
  • Make instant pudding following the package instructions, then spread it over the cake. Top the pudding with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle the rest of the cookies on top. Refrigerate the cake until serving.
