Outrageous Stacked Rainbow Chip Blondies

Indulgent birthday blondies loaded with cookies, cake, and rainbow chip frosting - a showstopper dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Party Rainbow Chip Cake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 24 Oreo golden or birthday cake creme-filled sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Rainbow Chip Frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9-inch pan and line with parchment paper, allowing it to overhang on the longer sides.
  • Prepare the sugar cookie dough according to the instructions on the package in a medium bowl.
  • In a separate medium bowl, whisk together cake mix, water, melted butter, and eggs until a thick batter forms.
  • Break apart the sugar cookie dough in the pan. Use an offset spatula to evenly spread and press the cookie dough into a thin layer. Place a layer of sandwich cookies on top of the cookie dough. Pour the cake batter over the cookie dough and cookies to cover everything completely.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely on a cooling rack for around 30 minutes. In a small microwavable bowl, heat the frosting uncovered in the microwave on High for a few seconds until it's thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle the frosting over the bars and cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
