Satisfying Parmesan roasted potatoes: seasoned with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and paprika for crispy perfection.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, or as needed
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds red potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or as needed
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or cast iron skillet with cooking spray and coat the bottom with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
  • Combine the Parmesan, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Pat the cut-side of the potatoes dry with a paper towel to eliminate any moisture.
  • In a bowl, toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil until coated. Sprinkle Parmesan mixture over potatoes and toss again to coat evenly.
  • Place the potatoes cut-side down on the baking pan.
  • 1. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through, about 15 to 20 minutes each side. Serve with sour cream.
  • Serve the dish piping hot for maximum enjoyment!
