Oven-Fried Chicken Nuggets

Oven-fried chicken nuggets with BBQ and sweet-sour sauce, ready in 50 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 3/4 cup corn flakes cereal
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet-and-sour sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°. Line a 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Trim fat from chicken and cut into 2-inch pieces.
  • Combine cereal, flour, salt, paprika, and pepper in a blender. Blend on medium speed until cereal turns into crumbs. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
  • Marinate chicken in tangy buttermilk in a sealed bag for added juiciness. Coat chicken in crunchy cereal mixture and transfer to a pan. Give it a quick spray of cooking oil for a golden finish.
  • Bake for around 30 minutes uncovered until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the dish is crispy. Serve alongside barbecue and sweet-and-sour sauces.
