Tasty oven-fried pork chops coated in herby stuffing mix, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
  • 4 pork chops, trimmed
Instructions:
  • Prepare all of your ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C), then pour butter into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a shallow dish, combine egg, milk, and pepper, creating a flavorful mix. Take another shallow dish and place the stuffing mix inside. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then generously coat with the stuffing mix for a crispy finish.
  • Arrange the pork chops in the dish.
  • Roast in the oven until the chops are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 20 minutes total, flipping halfway through. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  • Enjoy while the dish is still warm!
