Savory roasted cabbage with bacon, onions, butter, broth, and seasoned salt for a delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 6 ounces chopped bacon
  • 1 pinch seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®), or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine cabbage, chicken broth, onion, butter, bacon, seasoned salt, salt, and black pepper in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until the cabbage is soft and tender, about 1 ½ to 2 hours.
