Cheese-filled, crispy oven-baked ravioli are irresistible appetizers for dipping and sharing with guests.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup Progresso™ Panko Italian style crispy bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup jarred Alfredo pasta sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with foil and place a wire cooling rack on top, then spray with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water until well combined. In a shallow dish or pie plate, combine the bread crumbs and cheese.
  • Coat each ravioli with the egg mixture and then the bread crumb mixture, gently pressing crumbs to ensure they stick; transfer to a rack.
  • Bake until ravioli are crispy and edges are lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Transfer the Alfredo sauce to a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely, and microwave on High for 30 seconds. Stir and continue microwaving for about 15 seconds, or until the sauce is warm. Enjoy with ravioli.
