Overnight slow cooker apple oatmeal topped with a variety of fruits, granola, raisins, and walnuts for a hassle-free and tasty Christmas breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.33333334326744 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, or more to taste
  • 4 cups water
Instructions:
  • Coat the interior of a 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Add diced apples to the slow cooker and mix in oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and water.
  • Slow cook on Low for 8 hours, then switch to Warm until serving.
