Overnight steel-cut oats with creamy coconut milk, sweetened with stevia, layered with tangy yogurt and fresh blueberries for a delightful breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt
  • 2 ounces fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 ounce stevia powder (such as Pure Via®)
  • 4.5 ounces coconut milk
Instructions:
  • In a 1-pint Mason jar, layer oats, yogurt, blueberries, and stevia. Pour coconut milk and mix well.
  • Refrigerate the covered jar for 8 hours to overnight.
