Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces sliced bacon, cut in half
  • 0.25 cup dark soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can oysters, drained
Instructions:
  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it's shrunken but not crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess grease.
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • Whisk sugar, soy sauce, and garlic in a shallow baking dish. Wrap each oyster with bacon and secure with toothpicks before placing them in the dish with the sauce.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens and the bacon crisps nicely at the edges.
