Savor quick apple-topped pancakes in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 8 frozen vegetable and grain protein breakfast patties
  • 2 medium cooking apples, chopped (2 cups)
  • 1 cup maple-flavored syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 packaged frozen pancakes
Instructions:
  • Follow the package instructions to prepare the patties.
  • As patties cook, combine apples, syrup, and cinnamon in a large nonstick skillet. Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender.
  • Make delicious pancakes following the instructions on the package.
  • Layer 2 patties on 1 pancake, then generously spoon over the apple mixture. Add another pancake on top and finish with more apple mixture.
