Savory sausage-stuffed pancake bake.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package bulk pork breakfast sausage
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2.5 cups milk
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Sear the sausage in a skillet on medium heat until golden brown; then drain excess fat.
  • Combine the flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until a batter forms. Fold in the sausage and transfer the mixture to the preheated baking dish.
  • Bake for around 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
