Crispy panko-breaded shrimp, fried to perfection for a delicious and satisfying dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Sriracha until fully blended. Dip a few shrimp at a time into the egg mixture to coat evenly.
  • Mix Cajun seasoning with panko in a shallow dish. Coat shrimp with the seasoned panko mixture.
  • Heat some oil in a Dutch oven or cast iron skillet over medium heat until it's shimmering. Cook the shrimp in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
  • Sauté shrimp until panko turns golden brown and the meat becomes opaque, approximately 3 minutes, adjust time for size.
