Papaya Crème with Cassis Liqueur

Whirl together fruit, ice cream, and liqueur for a quick and refreshing tropical treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 5 scoops vanilla bean ice cream (about 7 oz), slightly softened
  • 3 tablespoons crème de cassis (black currant liqueur)
Instructions:
  • Combine ripe papaya and creamy ice cream in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  • Fill small dessert glasses halfway with the delightful papaya mixture, then generously drizzle half of the luscious liqueur over the top. Complete the indulgence by adding more papaya mixture and a final touch of liqueur. Serve promptly for the ultimate enjoyment.
