Grilled corn on the cob with mayo, Parmesan, and chili powder. Perfect side dish for grilled salmon or chicken. Ideal for summer nights.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 ears corn, husk and silk removed
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat and giving the grate a light oiling.
  • Coat each ear of corn with a delicate layer of creamy mayonnaise. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, chili powder, salt, and pepper over the corn. Wrap each ear in foil and grill to perfection.
  • Grill until kernels start to brown, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
