Tender keto chicken wings made juicy in Instant Pot® then crispy in the oven.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and wingettes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion granules
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 0.25 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken with garlic salt, onion granules, pepper, and paprika, ensuring every piece is well coated.
  • 1. Add water to the bottom of an Instant Pot® and place a trivet inside. Add chicken wings, lock the lid, and set to high pressure for 6 minutes. Allow pressure to build for 10-15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to a piping hot 525 degrees F (270 degrees C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Following the manufacturer's instructions, carefully quick-release the pressure for about 5 minutes. Once released, unlock and remove the lid before transferring the wings to a large bowl.
  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, and garlic. Drizzle the mixture over the cooked wings and toss to coat. Arrange the wings on the baking sheet, skin side down.
  • After baking the wings for 8 minutes, broil for an extra 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from oven and coat with Parmesan cheese and parsley while still hot.
