Delightful retro candy popcorn mix for the ultimate party snack.
Ingredients:
  • 82.50 ml popping corn
  • 180g block white chocolate, chopped
  • 190g bag retro party mix, large lollies roughly chopped
  • 170g packet ice-cream lollies
  • Rose pink food colouring
  • 100’s and 1000’s, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Follow the instructions on the packet to cook the popping corn. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl, ensuring to remove any unpopped kernels. Allow it to cool completely.
  • Prepare a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon until smooth and melted.
  • Drizzle half of the chocolate over the popcorn, sprinkle with half of the lollies, and toss gently to coat. Spread the popcorn evenly on the tray.
  • Color the remaining chocolate with a hint of pink using food coloring. Drizzle it over the popcorn on the tray, then sprinkle the remaining candies and sprinkles on top. Allow it to cool completely before serving.
  • Serve the popcorn broken into pieces for a fun and crunchy snack experience.
