End your quest for the perfect gluten-free pizza crust with this quick no-rise recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups warm milk
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package quick-rise yeast
  • 3.5 cups rice flour
  • 1.5 cups cornstarch
  • 3 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons canola oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously grease 2 pizza pans or baking sheets.
  • Combine milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let it sit until foamy, around 5 minutes.
  • Combine rice flour, cornstarch, xanthan gum, garlic powder, and oregano through a sifter in a spacious bowl.
  • Combine the vinegar and oil in a bowl, then incorporate into the milk-yeast mixture. Add the mixture to the flour and knead until a cohesive dough forms.
  • Divide the dough in half, then press it out thinly onto the prepared pans using your hands.
  • Bake on the bottom rack in your preheated oven until beautifully golden, for approximately 10 minutes.
