Delicious and airy mini pies.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 410g cans apples, drained and chopped
  • 410g can peaches in natural juice, drained, chopped
  • 35g sultanas
  • 1 sheet filo pastry
  • oil spray
  • 4.50 gm sugar
  • 0.63 gm cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 170°C. Grease four 1-cup ramekins. Mix apples, peaches, and sultanas in a bowl. Distribute the fruit mixture evenly among the ramekins, leaving space at the top of each one.
  • Crumple 1 sheet of filo pastry into small pieces. Place the pieces over the ramekins and lightly coat the pastry with oil spray.
  • Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and lightly sprinkle over each pie. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy hot or warm with a side of custard or cream.
